Food Solutions is a consulting company founded by Amanda Karwic in 2001. Amanda is a Food Scientist with over 10 years of product development experience at Hershey Foods. Amanda was trained in confectionery techniques at Zentralfachschule der Deutschen Süßwarenwirtschaft (ZDS) in Sollingen, Germany.
